Writing
I write to stay close to what is already here.
Most of my work moves between essay and poetry, returning to questions of attention, memory, and the ways ordinary life resists being fully named. The writing often begins in place—in weather, in the body, in the small details that gather meaning over time—and follows what unfolds from there.
What appears here is part of an ongoing practice rather than a finished body of work. Some pieces arrive complete; others remain open, continuing to change as they are lived with.
